Plus, the Center is staffed with experts who can help residents learn about health plan options that fit their budget and protect their entire family from unexpected medical expenses. The Florida Blue Center team can also provide face-to-face help with finding and accessing a local doctor or specialist, looking for ways to save money on prescriptions, and answering your insurance questions. 

The Center’s community specialists are also on-hand to connect residents to community resources. They can assist with things like social services for adults and children and connecting residents with military and veteran services, government and medication programs, and even transportation, utilities and housing assistance, and food programs. All Florida Blue Center programs, expertise and support are available to members and the community at no cost – in person, over the phone or with a virtual visit.
